Habe nun erstmal an CarPlus noch eine Mail geschrieben und rentalcars.com aktiviert. Die haben Taiwan im Programm, allerdings leider keine Rückgabestelle, die mir genehm ist...

Methylacetat ist "Zweite Säure erster Ester", da kann man sich mit zwei und eins durchaus mögliche Verbindungen zu Einwegmiete vorstellen. Hast Du einen Link?

Punkt 4 und 5 würde ich so verstehen, dass Du die entsprechenden Informationen schicken sollst um die Reservierung vorzunehmen.
Aber warum rufst Du nicht einfach dort an wenn Du nicht sicher bist. Bei einer Autovermietung in Taibei würde ich davon ausgehen, dass die dort irgendwo jemand auftreiben, der das mit Dir zur Not auf Englisch regeln kann.
